"Showed up late and blamed the policy"
The delivery arrived later than they originally told me, which was really frustrating. My kids were waiting around and getting annoyed, and when I asked about it, it felt like they just leaned on some policy excuse instead of actually helping. Not the best experience.

"Super clean and easy setup"
Im really happy with how everything turned out. It all arrived clean and tidy, the sheets looked fresh, and there werent any weird smells at all. The kids absolutely loved it. The only tiny thing was a little bit of glitter left on one cushion, but it wasnt a big deal.

"Did anyone else deal with really poor customer service?"
I reached out for help and felt like I was being ignored. The replies, when I got any, didn’t really answer my questions or feel helpful at all. Maybe it’s just me, but I expected better customer service than that.

"Wish I’d done this sooner"
The personalised setup was such a lovely touch, and the kids were so excited to see their names. i kind of regret not getting it sooner because they absolutely loved it

"Super easy to book, no hassle"
Booked a sleepover for my daughter and it was so easy. The website was clear, I found what I needed without faffing around, and I got a reply quick too. No stress at all, just simple to sort out. Really looking forward to the party now :)

I booked the sleepover package and, to be fair, it did look cute when it was set up. The little details like the bedding and styling were nice, but for the price I expected a bit more to be included. A couple of things I assumed would come with the package turned out to be extra, or just weren’t part of it at all.

The kids still had a good time, which was the main thing, but I ended up running around last minute sorting a few small bits myself. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as smooth or complete as I’d hoped, so I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to book it again...

"I was really hoping the decorations would..."
I was really hoping the decorations would pull everything together, but they looked like they were put up in a hurry. The materials felt cheap, and the overall styling wasn’t at all what I had in mind. So yes, definitely not the magical setup I was expecting, unless the theme was “last-minute panic.” Disappointing.

"Really lovely sleepover setup"
Booked this for my daughter’s 9th birthday and, surprisingly, it was all very easy. The tents looked really lovely, everything was clean, and it was all set up nicely before the girls arrived, which was a relief because apparently children do notice every tiny detail.

The girls were absolutely buzzing all night, so sleep was obviously not a priority, but that’s what we signed up for. Collection the next day was quick, the team were friendly, and there was no stress for us, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Would definitely use Sleepover Club again...

"Pretty reliable from what I saw"
I booked this for my daughter’s sleepover, and based on our experience, it all went smoothly. Everything showed up when they said it would, and the setup seemed fine too. I can’t say how they are every time, obviously, but for us they were reliable. The only small thing was that it took a little while to get a reply, but it wasn’t a major issue

"Theme Choices were Just okay"
There were some cute sleepover themes, but not as many as I thought there would be. My daughter did end up finding one she liked, so it worked out fine in the end. just wasn’t blown away by the options

"Really comfy bedding for the sleepover"
the bedding was so comfy, way better than I was expecting. The kids actually slept through without complaining about the blankets or pillows, which basically never happens in our house. Everything felt fresh, clean, and really soft. I’d definitely use sleepoverclub.co.uk again for another sleepover.

The setup was ridiculously easy and it looked way nicer than I expected, I was acting like they’d transformed the whole place. Collection the next day was super simple too, no drama at all. They did arrive a bit later than planned, which had me mildly spiraling for no real reason, but overall it was totally fine and I’d happily use them again

"It did the job for my quick trip"
I thought the tent looked nice when I set it up, but I did notice a few spots that felt a little flimsy to me. For what I needed, just one night out, it worked fine and kept me covered. I’m not sure I’d trust it for a longer trip or rough weather, but for my short stay, it was okay.

"Kids Had Fun at First, Then Something Felt Off"
The kids were excited in the beginning and seemed to have a good time, but after a while they started getting bored quickly. I don’t know, maybe it was just them, but it almost felt like the whole setup was designed to grab their attention for a short burst and then leave them hanging. Kind of makes you wonder if that’s the plan so you end up looking for the next thing to keep them entertained...
